According to Beuys, every human being is free to develop thoughts that shape our lives. Inspired by this, concept of the building was supported by circulation at a single point, allowing passage to areas of the building yet circulation was not limited with a single point. There is a ramp at the center, main entrance, of the building, by connecting to different floors. The main circulation of the building is provided from one point and the ramp on the outside of the building supports this and connects to the courtyard, floors, terrace of the building. The landscape design of the building ensures mobility inside is supported outside.
