The urban strategy of the project is to revitalize İzmir Port and to pedestrianize this area by taking the traffic in front of Alsancak Station underground and to connect these two strategic points with the main walking axis. It is aimed to establish uninterrupted visual communication between Alsancak Station and Port on the walking axis by raising the main mass. The aim of the project is to direct the pedestrians on this axis onto the silos by the help of ramps, to give them a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life here and to increase their experience in different social activities by revitalizing the silos. In addition, the ramps leading to the silos are divided into offices and general users, and provide access to the post-pandemic office areas from open space.
