In the project, which was designed considering the pandemic period, gaps were formed inside the building with the intersection of the building and the bridges. Thanks to these gaps, natural air circulation occurs inside the building. In addition, there is no green area around this project located in Halkapınar, Umurbey and it is aimed to focus on green areas in this project. Fresh air circulation is important in the building during the pandemic period. Considered green areas are positioned accordingly.
