It is aimed to design both a mobility hub center for a suitable transportation and a suitable working space for the pandemic, which is located in the center of Alsancak. In this project, there is a solid-void relationship both horizontally and vertically from all entrances to the site. Thus, no area remains completely closed or open. In this way, human and movement circulation is easily provided throughout the site. In the working space, apart from the classical offices, most of them have individual spaces and assembly areas are located in open or semi-open environments.
