This project was designed by considering the working areas suitable for the pandemic, and at the same time it was thought as a center that will provide easy access to Halkapınar and the surrounding places. Easy parking was provided, especially for people arriving with their vehicles and using public transport. The land connected the part extending to Halkapınar with the underpass and provided an integrity. The designed building is positioned as a structure that is formed separately and unites as a whole, providing easy passage for cyclists and other people. In this building, green space was given importance and the green space need of the environment was tried to be met.
