The Coronavirus pandemic has brought new puzzles to our lives. How do we design office spaces with the new normal? How can we make mobility hubs safer? How can we adapt public spaces to the post-COVID world? Join Izmir aims to reconnect people to life by offering a safe, convenient and green environment to its users. The project includes large greenery and connections to the train station, Kordon side, Konak side and the industrial zone in Alsancak. Design elements, such as trusses and wooden sun shading panels, have been used in order to create a visual connection to all sides.
