In 2050, with the emergence of a disease called "green-x" that causes genetic mutation in the world, it is observed that people living in the world are infected with this disease through plants. This disease causes a color change in the skin of people who have the disease grouped as "Greenpe". However, this stone building located near the Alsancak Stadium was brought back to life by Architect David Andren, the father of Elsa, the antibody baby, as a center where a solution can be found for this disease and people can carry out their daily activities. In this center, while plants and people are analyzed, there is also an area where people who are not infected can take shelter.
