This collection was inspired by the arts and ideas of Joseph Beuys. According to Joseph Beuys, everyone is an artist. The designer also examines our daily lives based on this idea and actually thinks that we all have a role according to our gender and perform it every day. The collection took its name from this idea.
Materials such as felt, copper, iron and gold, which we often see in Beuys' projects, were used in the details of the collection for the purpose of giving messages. In his works, Beuys used copper as female and iron as male. Thus, copper and iron-looking materials were fluidly combined by the designer, who made genderless designs. The natural merino wool was dyed with waste materials, then felted by the designer. In this way, the main fabrics of the collection were produced in the house, by a natural process, with minimal waste and water consumption.
