Fazlasi lezzet is a product service system which aims to reduce the bread waste. It aims to evaluate the bread instead of throwing it away. It is a system that starts with people taking their stale bread with them when they go to buy fresh bread from the bakery. Thus, stale breads are collected in the bakeries. The collected bread is delivered to the local people and these people make a snack called ‘lezzet toplari’ which made from stale bread. ‘Lezzet toplari’ are offered to people at the street vendors. Loyalty cards form a loop between the bakeries and the street vendors.
