This project is a car washing experience design. It starts with Storyboard. Persona (Bora) sees a billboard which says ‘’Water the plants with your car’’ and everything starts. In this experience design there is a hobby garden next to the Capricenter car washing company. Customers of Capricenter can have land in this hobby garden and care with their land. Also, Capricenter is using recycle water so people can use this water to grow their plants. Moreover, they do not worry worry about what will they do while their car is washing because they can care with their plant and informed about plants by using application. In application there are also some opportunities, for example, you can take appointment, rate the service, learn campaigns, discounts. Also, you can have notifications about your car phases (washing, rinsing, ready).
